Malaysia Boleh mati with dengue, forever!
This fact that there has been 13 people from four homes down with dengue at this single location did not surprise me at all!
Local governance is lacking in ensuring a hygiene locality, poor regards to personal hygiene by most people living in Malaysia, and bad habits will ensure this situation persists.
A developing nation of ours could do better without this kind of niggling problems. Local authorities should be more responsible in ensuring that all areas under their juridiction is clean, hygiene and free from all diseases. People should work to maintain a clean and healthy living environment, and we'll be able to put our efforts into more productive works instead!

PENANG: Persiaran Mayang Pasir in Bayan Baru here has the unenviable record of being Malaysia’s hottest dengue spot with 13 confirmed cases, including one death.
Within four units in one row of terrace houses, eight occupants were down with dengue, including 44-year-old chicken trader Mohd Shariff Seramal Baris who died yesterday.
Five more confirmed cases have been reported in a nearby block of flats along the same road.
The state recorded six dengue deaths since a 13-year-old boy died on March 2.
The second death was reported on Aug 27, and since Sept 17 there was one death every week.
